PROGRAMME ITINERARY
It’s going to be fun at Brainy Child Montessori this November & December holidays as we are conducting a special holiday programme called FUN THINGS WE DO! We will introduce a different hobby each week to the children and on alternate weeks there will be a field trip.
Week 1: Nov 17-21
Literature (eg reading, watching plays) / Music (eg singing, playing an instrument)
(Trip 1 on 20 Nov: Disney Live at Singapore Indoor Stadium)
Week 2: Nov 24-28
Art & Crafts (eg painting, scrapbooking, cross-stitch, pottery, photography)
Week 3: Dec 1-5
Sports (eg football, badminton, swimming, cycling)
(Trip 2 on 4 Dec: Horse Riding & Cycling at Pasir Ris Park)
Week 4: Dec 9-12
Keeping Pets (eg fish, dog, hamster, rabbit)
Week 5: Dec 15-19
Outdoor nature activities (eg birdwatching, fishing, jungle trekking, gardening)

On Monday, the children will have fun learning language the Montessori way. Children will be introduced to the Montessori language materials and learn letter sounds.
On Tuesday, the children will be engaged in sensorial activities.
On Wednesday, children get to discover the highly acclaimed Montessori methodology for learning Maths, the concrete to abstract way.
On alternate Thursdays, children will go on a field trip in line with the hobby being introduced. For weeks without field trip, children will be exposed to the Japanese language.
On Friday, children get in touch with Science.
Fun music and dance, wonderful stories to share to encourage reading. There will be painting, crafting and puppetry play.
